Who Are We at bf89?
Bf89 was born from a simple question — why don't sports fans in Bangladesh have a reliable, secure betting platform that actually speaks their language? The big international platforms are built in English, priced in foreign currencies, and designed for a different reality altogether. Bangladeshi users have different needs: quick deposits via Mobile Pay or Nagad, support in Bangla, and real focus on BPL and Bangladesh matches.
Bf89 exists to fill that gap. Our platform is designed with Bangladeshi users in mind — a Bangla interface, local payment methods, Bangla-speaking support, and proper coverage of local sports from cricket to kabaddi.
"bf89 has one goal — to give every sports fan in Bangladesh a safe, easy, and enjoyable way to engage with the games they love."
Our team brings together experienced professionals from across the globe — tech specialists, betting analysts, customer service experts, and local market specialists, all working together every day. Every decision we make comes down to one question: will this make life a little easier for bf89's Bangladeshi members?

Bf89's Commitment to Bangladesh
Online betting is a sensitive topic in Bangladesh. We know the questions many people have — is this platform actually trustworthy? Is my money safe? Can I get support in Bangla? bf89 takes every one of those questions seriously.
Every member of our support team speaks Bangla. No automated responses, no English templates — just real people who understand your issue and work to solve it. bf89's average support response time is under 3 minutes.
Bf89 makes no compromises on financial security either. Member funds are kept completely separate from the company's operational funds — meaning your withdrawals are guaranteed regardless of circumstances. This assurance is possible because bf89 operates within an international regulatory framework.
Bf89 is equally committed to responsible gaming. The excitement of a Cricket World Cup or the passion of BPL can sometimes push people beyond their budget. That's why bf89 offers tools like self-exclusion, daily betting limits, and cooling-off periods — all available for members to set up themselves.
FAQs
If the app won't open or certain features aren't working, the first step is to download the latest version from your phone's app store or bf89's official site. Older versions sometimes lose compatibility with newer server updates. If the problem persists after updating, clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > bf89 > Clear Cache) or uninstall and reinstall the app. Also check that your internet connection is stable. If none of that helps, reach out via live chat — the support team can resolve most issues quickly with a screenshot or a brief description.
To update your personal account details, log in and go to the "Profile" or "Account Settings" section. From there you can update your name, email, or phone number. Changing your phone number requires OTP verification — a code will be sent to the new number. For security reasons, updating the name as it appears on your national ID must be done through the support team directly, along with the required documents. This process is typically completed within 24 hours.
